Online Order Return Policy
Effective 6/1/2020, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any purchases made or orders placed after 1/1/2020. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email (email@example.com) BEFORE placing your online order. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us immediately so we can best serve you!
All items in store that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. All other orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days from date of purchase. Please note this will only happen if an item is not in stock otherwise it will be shipped immediately. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number. International orders will be sent via USPS as well with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
Local Pick-Up Policy
Due to covid we have options for local pickup. Scheduled time for porch pickup will be available Monday-Saturday (10-7PM). You will receive an email when items are ready for pickup. Please respond and give a 24 hour advance notice of pickup date and time. We are not responsible for stolen items if you do not pickup on the scheduled time slot. *Holiday hours are subject to change.
All items held over 7 days will be charged a $5 weekly fee until picked up.
Certain promotions and events will include free shipping. Stay updated via IG and Facebook for the latest giveaways and prizes. All purchases above $99 qualify for free shipping!
