What if my package was lost or stolen?
We would recommend checking your tracking number located in your shipping confirmation e-mail to ensure that the package has been marked as delivered, and we would also recommend double checking the shipping address on the e-mail to make sure it is correct. Before contacting us, please check to make sure your mail carrier did not do any of the following:
Put your package in your mailbox
Leave your package at your back door or in your garage
Leave your package with your neighbors or with whoever opened the door at your address
Leave your package with the front office or front desk if you live in an apartment, dorm, or gated community
Leave your package in your post office box, or in a parcel locker at your local post office, or at a parcel locker in your neighborhood, or if you shipped to a FedEx office, at their front desk or in your FedEx box
If you have a package that is missing, we want to do everything within our power to help you find resolution. However, depending on the circumstances, this may take several days as we need to open a claim with the delivery company and communicate with them to determine a root cause. Please contact us with your order information and we will begin the process.
Am I able to cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, email: We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.

Why was my order cancelled?
While it’s rare, it’s possible for items to become out of stock. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation and issue you a refund. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to as normal.
Is there an actual storefront?
Yes. We currently have a pop-up shop located in our place of residence where you can freely shop with scheduled appointments. Currently with Covid we have transitioned into private scheduled shopping times. Please email or click "Book Now" above to schedule a personal shopping appointment. Soon we will be in Northlake, Texas.
We do offer local pickup for those around and near Saginaw, TX. Just choose "local pickup" at checkout. Soon moving to Northlake, Texas.
What are the shipping options?

When will I receive my order?
Depending on your shipping choice items can be received between overnight to 12 business days
Why is my shipment delayed?
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delay. While we are still fulfilling orders on time, due to the impact of COVID-19 carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via USPS and may be delayed. Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates.
How do I make changes to an order I've already purchased?
With our current order fulfillment system, we are unable to add products to an order that has already been placed. If the order has not been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we are able to omit items from that specific order. If you would like to make a change to your shipping address or contact information, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are you located?
All items are shipped with love from Saginaw, Texas. Soon, we will be in Northlake, Texas
How are the products made? Where do the materials come from?
We actually have suppliers from all over the world including Korea, China, and even here in the good ole USA. We pride ourselves in items with great quality!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express, Venmo and Zelle. When paying with Venmo, Zelle, PayPal please notate invoice number and full name.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please check the size chart prior to ordering. If you do not want a item that is fitted please size up. Please keep in mind that Cotton shrinks.
